Blues beat holders 3-1 to set up last-four clash with Bayern Munich

Chelsea Women are through to the semi-finals of the Women's Champions League after a stunning 3-1 victory over holders Lyon at Stamford Bridge on Thursday.

Pernille Harder, Sam Kerr and Guro Reiten were on target as Emma Hayes' side reached the last four of the competition for the third time in four seasons.

Chelsea took the lead in the 23rd minute when Harder headed in a cross from Niamh Charles.

Kerr doubled the lead in the 55th minute with a stunning strike from outside the area.

Lyon pulled a goal back through Melvine Malard in the 66th minute, but Reiten restored Chelsea's two-goal advantage with a free-kick in the 79th minute.

Chelsea will now face Bayern Munich in the semi-finals on April 22 and 29.
